My Counseling Approach
I take an integrative approach, drawing from various techniques such as CBT, trauma-informed therapy, polyvagal-informed therapy, mindfulness, emotion-focused therapy, somatic experiencing, and the mind-body connection.
At Kind Soul Counseling, I combine evidence-based therapeutic practices with mindfulness and other holistic tools to support emotional and psychological healing. While our work together will focus on scientifically supported methods, we also explore practices such as mindfulness and values clarification that are shown to promote well-being.
Every client matters to me, and I tailor each counseling experience to their unique needs, with a strong emphasis on our therapeutic relationship. I also use my own feelings as valuable data in our sessions, working in the “here and now” to help you deepen your self-awareness and personal growth.

Group Counseling: Group sessions focus on shared issues, providing a sense of community, mutual support, and collective growth. Group counseling offers a supportive community environment where you can connect with others facing similar challenges. Group sessions are a great opportunity to share experiences, receive feedback, and feel less isolated. Topics might include:
- Stress management
- Building self-esteem
- Coping with loss or trauma
- Effective communication
Workshops & Seminars: Specialized group sessions for specific needs, such as managing workplace stress, building resilience, or improving communication. I also offer specialized workshops designed to address themes or life situations. These group sessions are more structured and provide practical tools that participants can apply in their daily lives. Examples of workshops include:
- Mindfulness and stress reduction
- Conflict resolution and communication skills
- Emotional intelligence in the workplace
Each service is conducted with care, confidentiality, and a commitment to creating a space where you can truly thrive.
Sessions:
The number of sessions required differs for each individual. My counseling process typically spans between 8 and 10 meetings, with regular assessments to determine ongoing needs. However, the process remains flexible, ensuring that your personal preferences and requirements are always the top priority.
Rates:
I offer individual counseling tailored to your needs. Get in touch to discuss pricing and options—I offer flexible arrangements, including a sliding scale, package deals, and the possibility of accommodating your needs in terms of meeting location.
The standard price is 140 CHF per 60-minute session.
Insurance:
My counseling work is currently not reimbursed by the Insurance Companies here in Switzerland.
